Awesome agent! Simply the best! First off we would like to say that Ann was our 3rd agent and we are very pleased that we found her. Very friendly and easy going along with having an overload of knowledge for buying/selling a home. She explained every step of the process (the others didn't) along with giving advice on what needed to be done at each step. Along with that she is extremely knowledgeable in regards to Toledo and the surrounding area. We told her what we were looking for in a home and she scheduled a number of showings for us.
